How do I order?
Shop directly at www.lebubupets.com. First time ordering? Use code BESTLIFE for free shipping (Metro Manila) on orders ₱1,000 and above.
Do I need an account to check out?
No account required. Creating one helps with order tracking and access to exclusive offers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online bank payments and credit cards for orders ₱1,000 and above. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping rates?
We ship nationwide across the Philippines:
- Metro Manila — Same-Day Delivery: ₱350
- Metro Manila — Standard Courier: ₱100
- Provincial Luzon to Mindanao — Standard Courier: ₱200–₱350 (final rate confirmed based on location)
- Click & Collect (Kapitolyo Showroom, Pasig): FREE — schedule your own pickup
Note: Bulky items (Carton Connection, Dylano, etc.) are subject to different shipping rates, calculated at checkout. Click & Collect is always free for all items.
How long does delivery take?
We ship via GGX or LBC:
- Metro Manila: 3–7 business days
- Provincial: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and weather conditions. Tracking links are sent via email, SMS, or Viber — make sure you're subscribed to updates so you don't miss them.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available at checkout for Metro Manila — please review the T&Cs. You may also book your own rider by selecting Click & Collect. We strictly follow operational cut-off times to ensure fairness and quality for all orders — orders placed after cut-off are processed the next business day.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes! You can pick up your order for free at our Kapitolyo showroom in Pasig. Select Click & Collect at checkout, and we'll notify you with pickup instructions once your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when you collect, and review the T&Cs under our shipping methods before checking out.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery. Make sure you're subscribed to receive updates.

Can I visit the showroom?
Yes, by appointment only. Search "Le Bubu Pets, Kapitolyo" on Google Maps or Waze. Book your appointment here, or email us at hello@lebubupets.com to schedule your visit.
Products & Pet Care
What are your products made of? What's the shelf life?
Our products are all-natural, chemical-free, and preservative-free, typically with a 12-month shelf life. Because they contain no preservatives, always store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and reseal tightly after opening. Products are generally safe to use beyond the stamped date if there is no change in scent or appearance — when in doubt, reach out to us.
How do I choose the right product for my pet?

Are your products safe for all pets?
Our products are carefully selected for quality and safety. However, every pet is unique — if your pet has allergies or health conditions, we recommend consulting your vet before introducing new treats or supplements.
How do I get restock updates?
Restocks are announced via email (make sure you're subscribed), our social media pages, and our official Instagram broadcast channel and Viber community. Follow us so you never miss a drop!
Special Orders
Do you accept international pre-orders from Thailand?
Yes! We accept special pre-orders for select pet and human items. Arrival is usually 4–6 weeks, subject to customs clearance. We'll provide updates until local delivery.
Do you accommodate bulk or commercial orders?
Yes — special pricing and reseller rates are available. Email us at hello@lebubupets.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on opened or consumed items. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right. For exchanges on unopened, non-perishable items, reach out within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
